Programs

The Fraternal Order of Police of Ohio, Inc. participates in a variety of programs throughout the year, below is a listing of these programs:

  • FOP Member License Plates
     In cooperation with the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV), the FOP offers a special member only license plate.  These plates can be ordered at any local BMV Office, but first you must receive an approved application from the Ohio State Lodge.  In order to approve your application, please email here with your full name, address, lodge number and the number of applications required.  You will receive your approved application(s) in the mail, which you can complete based on the style of plates desired, and take to any local BMV.  Click Here to open a PDF Form of the FOP Member License Plate Application, fill it out, then click the submit button to email a copy of the form to the state office for approval.
     
  • FOPA Member License Plates Form
