StreetLynx™
Network:
StreetLynx™ is a closed network comprised of law enforcement agencies
from across the country. Through a partnership with the National FOP,
the StreetLynx Network™ operates by digitally transmitting photographs
and identifying information of individuals that may need to be located
quickly in a specific geographic area. The StreetLynx Network™ software
immediately creates a targeted zone based upon the last known address.
The alert, which consists of a photograph and a description, is
immediately distributed to all police departments and alert recipients
within that zone.
PhotoAlert
Drive™:
The PhotoAlert
drive is a USB flash drive which is preloaded with software that
automatically allows parents, caregivers and others to store relevant
data, such as photos and other important information, about their loved
ones. This information is then saved in the appropriate format for
uploading to the StreetLynx Network™. In the event that a child or
person should go missing, the parent/family can provide law enforcement
with the needed information in the correct format. Through a partnership
with the National FOP, the PhotoAlert Drive™ (PAD), in conjunction with
the StreetLynx™ Network™, will aid law enforcement officials in efforts
to rescue & recover missing children and persons of interest.
