For 2020, The FOP of Ohio Foundation will be changing the format of its awards presentation.  This year we will present the awards for law enforcement officer(s) and civilian(s) before the delegation of the FOP of Ohio at their Annual Conference.  This year the conference will be in July, located in Dayton Ohio.  Below are links to the nomination forms for:

The FOP of Ohio and the FOPOhio Foundation thank all those who sponsor and participate in this wonderful event, recognizing some of Ohio's finest law enforcement officers and civilians that support law enforcement across this State.  We look forward to this change in presetation format.  More information will follow as it becomes available.

Unfortunately the Conference was Cancelled in July due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.  The 2020 Award Winners will be presented at the next annual conference, in June 2021.
