Aon is hosting webinars for those unable to attend meetings in person.

Although the retiree health care meetings have concluded, members can still receive the same information by participating in a live webinar scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 8 and Thursday, Oct. 10. There are specific webinars on each date for both Medicare and Pre-Medicare retirees.

Under the “Learn” link, there is a link for attending a meeting where members can register. The meeting schedule is below, along with instructions on how to participate:

Follow these steps:

1. Visit www.webex.com

2. Select Join from the upper right area of the screen

3. Enter the meeting number, your name and email address

4. If a meeting password is requested, enter the password: Opf12345  

5. Dial the phone number, then enter the attendee access code
