The FOP of Ohio Foundation held its Second Annual Awards Dinner, Friday, June 20, 2014 at Hollywood Casino, Columbus, Ohio. Nine law enforcement officers and nine civilians were recognized for their heroic acts. The Winners were: Sergeant David Gillispie, Lima PD - Ohio's Finest Officer 2014.
